I grew up in Saskatoon and continued on to SIAST Palliser Campus to complete my Computerized Accounting Diploma. I have been in the Property Management industry for 28 years and 13 years as a Property Manager. I started working at Northgate Mall as the Marketing Assistant then moved to Administrative Assistant to Assistant Manager and to Centre Manager in my 19.5 year tenure there. While I was there I also completed my RPA designation. In 2011 I moved to Victoria Square Shopping Centre as the Property Manager for Narland, Bentall Kennedy and then Artis REIT. In 2015 I completed and received my Real Estate Office Management and Brokerage designation. In late fall 2017 I took on the roll as Property Manager for GWL Realty Advisors, managing Canada Life Place and Saskatoon West Retail Centre.

I participated in the CSCC Parent Council at my children’s school as Vice Chair for 11 years and was Treasurer of the Regina Shopping Centre Association for 6.5 yrs. I was previously on the BOMA Regina Board for over 5 years and served as Director and President. During this time, I was the Sponsorship Chair for BOMEX 2016 that was hosted in Regina. I also had the privilege to be a Director on the BOMA Canada board for a 2 yr. term.

Greg grew up in small towns across Saskatchewan including Fort Qu’Appelle, Hudson Bay, Punnichy, and Moosomin.  Moving around was normal for the family of a RCMP member, and gave Greg the opportunity to see a lot of the province, meet a lot of great people.  Greg loves the province of Saskatchewan, the outdoors, cooking, and his new hometown, Pilot Butte.  He lives there with his wife and son and after living in Regina for many years, is happy to be back in a small town.       

Greg spent several years in the roofing and construction industry before taking a position as the Director of Infrastructure Renewal with the Ministry of Central Services.  Greg entered the work force initially wanting to become a police officer.  After working with youth in group homes for 12 years, he got into the construction industry and is now enjoying his new role with the Government of Saskatchewan.             

Brandi Clarke

Brandi has over 19 years of real estate, property management and administrative experience in commercial, retail and industrial.

Brandi takes great pride in her attention to details and the ability to work well with tenants, vendors and owners. She never hesitates to take that extra step.

A highly resourceful and results-oriented team player with a “Can Do” attitude and excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills, Brandi is committed to continuous improvement through positive change, and education.

Brandi presently serves as Past Chair of BOMA Saskatchewan (perv. BOMA Regina) and President of the Highland Curling Club.

Wendy Kopeck

Property Manager, McCOR Management (SK) Inc.

Wendy hales from Tribune, an extremely small hamlet in the southern part of the province near the U.S. border.  Regina has been home her entire adult life.

With over 25 years in the property management industry, Wendy joined McCOR Management (SK) Inc. in 2018 as Property Manager, and previously various administration roles at Harvard Property Management and Koyl Commercial Real Estate.

Wendy holds a Diploma of Business Administration from U of R; an RPA designation from BOMI, a Saskatchewan Real Estate License from SREC; and is currently working towards an FMA designation from BOMI.

Wendy has instructed BOMI courses, has served on condo boards where she has resided, was Finance Chair for BOMEX 2016 hosted in Regina, and served as Treasurer of BOMA Regina from 2011 to 2018.  Following a two‑year hiatus from the BOMA Regina role, she has returned after the realization she really missed it!

Wendy enjoys travelling with friends and family to anywhere hot, the “occasional” glass of red wine, as well as hanging with her puppy!

Mitch has been in the construction industry for over 12 years, starting on the tools, then the design and consulting field for 5 years and later evolving into general contracting.  His main expertise is renovations and tenant’s improvement, where he has focused on completing projects in tight time frames, restricted work environments and keeping the client operational at all times. Mitch strives to make the Owners ideas and requirements happen and transition smoothly. There is no better result at a project completion, than a happy client.

Mitch is a Member of SASTT (Saskatchewan Applied Science of Technologists and Technicians) and a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager.

Manager - Physical Plant Regina Public Library

Brian grew up in Saskatoon and in the mid 80’ moved to Regina, where he, his wife and 2 children call home.  Brian has spend most of his career working in a not for profit environment including  23 years with the Canadian Red Cross/Canadian Blood Services where he worked with Corporate Services focusing on Administration, Property Management, Building Maintenance and Logistics.  In 2016 Brian took a position with the Regina Public Library, the role he is now enjoying.

Brian is a experienced, resourceful and effective Operations Manager, with proven abilities in strategic planning, and improving operations including a Real Property Administration Diploma from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.  Action-oriented with a strong ability to execute the business plan and build relationships with clients and staff.

In Brian’s spare time he is the Referee in Chief of the Regina Community Basketball Association.

Shopping Centre Manager - Westdale Properties

Born and raised in Alberta, Cecelia made Regina her home in 2006 along with her Saskatchewan born husband and their two children.

Cecelia’s love for numbers started her journey in the Property Management industry in 2011 by starting out as a Property Administration Assistant at Cornwall Centre.  Three years later, she moved over to Northgate Mall to become their Property Administrator. Once she earned her RPA Designation in 2018, Westdale Properties then promoted her to Shopping Centre Manager.

Cecelia is very detailed oriented, organized and committed in everything she gets involved with.  She is always eager to learn something new and doesn’t hesitate to help someone in need.  Cecelia is not afraid to ask for help or jump in and get her hands dirty if that is what it takes to get the job done. 

Cecelia is very open to continuous learning and is always trying to find unique ways to improve communication and help her staff learn and grow.

She is very friendly, caring and knowledgeable and takes a “Hands on” approach with her tenants, vendors, and coworkers.  They find her very approachable, cheerful, easy to get along with and the result is the “family” atmosphere that surrounds her.  She loves what she does.

Mike Walch

Mike grew up in Fort McMurray, AB before moving to Saskatoon in 2003 to attend the University of Saskatchewan.  Mike played for the Huskies Volleyball Team from 2003-2006, winning a CIS National Championship in 2004. 

Mike has lived in Saskatoon full time since 2008, beginning his career as a Community Director for Weidner Apartment Homes.  Mike has been with Innovation Place since early 2013, where he was a Property Manager for almost 5 years before moving over to the Maintenance Department as Senior Manager, Building Operations in late 2017.

In 2020, Mike earned his BOMI RPA Designation and is currently working towards his PEMAC AMP (Asset Management Professional) Designation.

Mike prides himself as being a team leader along with being an open & honest communicator and collaborator.

Mike has a beautiful wife and daughter and loves nothing more than to talk sports to anyone that’s interested.

Executive Director

Call moved to Regina in 2014 from Whitby Ontario, just east of Toronto where she was the Executive Officer of the Durham Regina Association of REALTORS for 20 years.

Prior adventures were working in the music production industry in Vancouver in the ‘80s and blue water sailing to the Virgin Islands plus opening up cellular communications there in the late 80’s early 90’s.  Cail has a daughter and 2 grown granddaughters in Oshawa, Ontario.
