BOMA Saskatchewan actively supports and represents the interests of building owners, managers, and professionals in the real estate industry. We offer various opportunities for members to enhance their expertise, strengthen client relationships, and improve assets. Our membership includes two main categories:

 

  1. Building owners, property management professionals, asset managers, corporate facility managers, and leasing professionals.
  2. Companies providing products or services for the commercial real estate market.

With over 200 active members throughout the province, joining our association provides numerous benefits:

  • Monthly meetings featuring guest speakers addressing industry topics (membership includes the cost of regular lunches).

  • Access to local and national BOMA publications, news, and expertise.
  • Participation in educational and professional development opportunities, including seminars and workshops.

Membership rates include an annual fee of $475 (+GST) for one Principal Member and $225 (+GST) for additional Colleague Members from the same company.

Additionally, there's an option to add a BOMA International Membership for $125 (+GST), offering benefits such as member-only pricing on guidebooks and research reports, registration discounts for conferences and webinars, industry news through BOMA Magazine and BOMA eNews, and participation in international committees.
