Carissa has made significant contributions to the advertising, retail, and nonprofit sectors. She leverages her experience and leadership to drive organizational success and foster a culture of innovation.

As Chief Staff Officer, Carissa brings a unique perspective to leadership, championing bold initiatives that drive organizational growth, her ability to think outside of the box and identify new opportunities is instrumental in propelling BOMA Saskatchewan forward.

Dawn grew up in the lower main land of BC before moving to Regina for the sun, snow and family.    

Dawn started her career in Property Management in 2012 with Harvard Property Management as a Property Administrator that grew into Property Manager.  She holds her licence in property management with SREC and has her RPA designation.    Dawn is detailed oriented, curious, and a team player to get the job done. 

Dawn enjoys networking with other like minds in property management to constantly improve and get new ideas. When she is not managing properties, Dawn is managing an active family of four.  She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.

Brian grew up in Saskatoon and in the mid 80’ moved to Regina, where he, his wife and 2 children call home.  Brian has spend most of his career working in a not for profit environment including  23 years with the Canadian Red Cross/Canadian Blood Services where he worked with Corporate Services focusing on Administration, Property Management, Building Maintenance and Logistics.  In 2016 Brian took a position with the Regina Public Library, the role he is now enjoying.

Brian is a experienced, resourceful and effective Operations Manager, with proven abilities in strategic planning, and improving operations including a Real Property Administration Diploma from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.  Action-oriented with a strong ability to execute the business plan and build relationships with clients and staff.

In Brian’s spare time he is the Referee in Chief of the Regina Community Basketball Association.

Wendy Kopeck

Wendy Kopeck

Property Manager, McCOR Management (SK) Inc.

Wendy hales from Tribune, an extremely small hamlet in the southern part of the province near the U.S. border.  Regina has been home her entire adult life.

With over 25 years in the property management industry, Wendy joined McCOR Management (SK) Inc. in 2018 as Property Manager, and previously various administration roles at Harvard Property Management and Koyl Commercial Real Estate.

Wendy holds a Diploma of Business Administration from U of R; an RPA designation from BOMI, a Saskatchewan Real Estate License from SREC; and is currently working towards an FMA designation from BOMI.

Wendy has instructed BOMI courses, has served on condo boards where she has resided, was Finance Chair for BOMEX 2016 hosted in Regina, and served as Treasurer of BOMA Regina from 2011 to 2018.  Following a two‑year hiatus from the BOMA Regina role, she has returned after the realization she really missed it!

Wendy enjoys travelling with friends and family to anywhere hot, the “occasional” glass of red wine, as well as hanging with her puppy!

Kirk Campbell

Lead Building Operator Facilities, Cameco Corporation

Kirk grew up in Saskatoon. He started his career in the HVAC trade more than 25 years ago. During his time he worked for a few different commercial companies doing installs, repairs, maintenance; along with a very through understanding of buildings. Kirk has knowledge in the construction, operation, and maintenance of large commercial facilities. He also worked for a mechanical engineering firm in contract administration and commissioning, for a number of large projects. Kirk also has many years of BMS (Building Management System) install, commissioning, and integrations. Over his course of his career, he has made many connections within the building, and contracting industries.

Kirk is now settled in at Cameco Corporation, at the corporate head office in Saskatoon. His position is within Facilities as Lead Building Operator. He looks after contactor management, safety of contractors, ensuring all building system are functioning normally, and project management. He also provides expertise for internal groups, dealing with building design or issues. He enjoys what he does everyday, as Facilities has a very dynamic day to day operation.

Kirk was part of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating Refrigeration Air Conditioning Engineers) Saskatoon for close to 20 years. He held positions of President, Vice President, Treasure, Secretary, Membership Promotion, Web Page, and Student Activities. He also sat on a few technical committees during his time. He also was an active member within RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineers Society), for approximately 10 years.

Kirk enjoys his family,  hockey, and golf. He helps coach his sons ball hockey league, and any sports that his daughter participates in.

Juston Tom

Building Systems Manager - PCL Construction Management Ltd.

Justin has been in the construction industry for over 18 years with a variety of experiences. He spent ten years with Uponor Ltd., which he designed plumbing, heating, sprinkler, and control systems across Canada. Justin also worked with a commercial mechanical contractor (Modern Niagara) as a project manager and led commissioning/closeout of many projects. Examples of his work include Agriculture Place (LEED Gold), Mosaic Stadium, Saskatoon Civic Operations Centre (LEED Certified). Justin also managed the operations of the mechanical systems at Mosaic Stadium for the first year after completion, training and educating the building operations staff. He is currently employed with PCL Construction Management as a Building Systems Manager, administering the mechanical and electrical aspects of the projects. Justin has recently completed the SaskTel Data Center renovation, SaskPower Head Office renovation, and Wascana Pool.  Justin was on the YES Committee (Young Executive Society) for CIPH(Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating) and current member of ASHRAE(American Society of Heating Refrigeration Air Conditioning Engineers)

Micheal Genest

Micheal has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2013 when he joined Colliers McClocklin Real Estate Corp. (Colliers / Saskatoon) as Property Administrator for the University of Saskatchewan portfolio. He gained valuable knowledge and experience in the day-to-day operations and lease administration of commercial and residential property, and now Micheal successfully manages a large and diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties.

Micheal holds an active Real Estate License in the Province of Saskatchewan and a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties® (CMCP®) designation from BOMI International.  In addition, Micheal  currently sits on the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Saskatchewan Board of Directors and is an appointed member of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.

Adrian Leusink

Regional Distributor, Hudson Energy

Born and raised primarily in Regina, Adrian's career has included various Business Development roles with the firms Warner-Lambert (now Pfizer), Sony of Canada Ltd, and Benjamin Moore. His actual formal education is in business development and energy management. Always having an entrepreneurial itch, he also was a business partner in construction for 9 years, developing and building over 50 energy efficient & certified commercial and residential projects in southern Saskatchewan. While serving on three property boards, Adrian now has over 5 years with Hudson Energy in the natural gas and electricity commodities sector, along with consulting roles on commercial LED efficiency programs. What began as a part-time consulting role for Hudson Energy has now evolved into a growing North American book of business and a team of 8 advisors within his two Saskatchewan offices and advisor teams accessible in every energy deregulated market in North America. Based here in Regina/Western Canada as Regional Distributor for Hudson Energy, Adrian enjoys prioritizing end user/client results, protecting the client from all risk, and serving/educating the customer in these everchanging times. Having been a member of BOMA since 2018, Adrian now looks forward to learning & serving on the BOMA Saskatchewan board.

Adrian and his wife Jody travel extensively, combining work/travel wherever and whenever possible. Hobbies include cars, boats, family and cottage life, managing some real estate, following the Saskatchewan Roughriders across Canada, and volunteering/mentoring, primarily with immigrants from refugee situations. Adrian and Jody have three adult children - two sons making their homes in Regina and one daughter currently residing in Ontario.

Mike grew up in Fort McMurray, AB before moving to Saskatoon in 2003 to attend the University of Saskatchewan.  Mike played for the Huskies Volleyball Team from 2003-2006, winning a CIS National Championship in 2004. 

Mike has lived in Saskatoon full time since 2008, beginning his career as a Community Director for Weidner Apartment Homes.  Mike then spent 9+ years at Innovation Place, where he was a Property Manager for almost 5 years before moving over to the Maintenance Department as Senior Manager, Building Operations in late 2017.  In October 2022 Mike made the career move to Colliers International where he is now a Sales Associate for the Saskatoon Brokerage Team.

In 2020, Mike earned his BOMI RPA Designation and in 2022 he earned his Saskatchewan Real Estate License.

Mike prides himself in being an open & honest communicator and collaborator.

Outside of work Mike spends the majority of his time with his beautiful wife and two lovely daughters along with enjoying whatever sport is on the TV that evening/weekend.

Adam Fehler

Director of Provincial Initiatives, Ministry of SaskBuilds & Procurement

Adam grew up in Regina, but while completing his university education for a degree in engineering, he lived in several other cities throughout Canada. Adam has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Systems Engineering and is a professional engineer under APEGS (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan).

Adam has had many roles within his career: oil and gas extraction research, agriculture equipment manufacturing, industrial steel fabrication, facility assessment, and remote facility operations.

Adam is married with 3 sons and enjoys travelling, teaching his children how to cook, and hiking.

Cail Maclean

Executive Director

Call moved to Regina in 2014 from Whitby Ontario, just east of Toronto where she was the Executive Officer of the Durham Regina Association of REALTORS for 20 years.

Prior adventures were working in the music production industry in Vancouver in the ‘80s and blue water sailing to the Virgin Islands plus opening up cellular communications there in the late 80’s early 90’s.  Cail has a daughter and 2 grown granddaughters in Oshawa, Ontario.
