Fortress Properties Inc. is a full-service property management company specializing in commercial leasing with over 1.8 million square feet and more than 500 tenants located in Saskatchewan and Alberta. We focus on efficiency and building a high performing organization in fast paced, fun and diverse working environment.
We are currently seeking a full-time administrator to assist with a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:
- Back up for Reception (cover for holidays/sick days etc.)
- Lease Administration Support (assist the Lease Administrator with everyday tasks when needed such as leases, offers, renewals, summaries, reporting and distribution of reports)
- Property Management Support (assist with administrative duties with a focus on collections).
- Accounting Support (assist with letters and statements).
- Maintenance Coordinator support (creating work and purchase orders, directing service calls).
- File maintenance and organization.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Word and Excel. Experience with YARDI would be an asset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A positive disposition with confidence in contacting customers about their accounts.
- Characteristics that support independent work, collaboration and teamwork, with an exceptional service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to plan and prioritize.
- 3 years experience in property management administration would be considered an asset.
