We've got another great BOMA Education DAY event planned for you.

Trade show and registration opens at 8:30 am with a small continental breakfast and three 45 min sessions starting at 9:00 am.  The luncheon is at noon including a short Annual General Meeting.

Piper New, Architect, Associate – P3Architecture Partnership SAA, MRAIC

Piper New is an accomplished Architect and Associate at P3A, Regina’s largest locally owned architecture and interior design firm. Piper graduated from Montana State University in 2016 with highest honors and was recognized with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Henry Adams Medal in recognition of her academic achievements. She also holds a diploma in Architectural Technology from SIAST (Saskatchewan Polytechnic).

Piper’s philosophy is to approach every project as a unique challenge that is solved through design acumen and technical precision. Collaboration is a hallmark of her approach, and she is known for her ability to engage in a meaningful way at every stage of a project, from concept to final completion. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards; however, it is the positive impact of her work on the built environment and on the lives of building occupants where she finds the most reward.

Piper’s contributions extend beyond her professional endeavors. She serves as the Vice-Chair of Regina’s Warehouse Business Improvement District and is on the Board of Directors for the Regina Public Library, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and leadership.

As a speaker, Piper brings knowledge and experience, offering valuable insights into the intersection of technical expertise, creative visions, and effective collaboration in architecture.

Jesse Pergentile, Saskatoon General Manager, HBI Office Plus Inc.

   

With 23 years in the office industry, Jesses’ product knowledge and relationship building are next to none. As a self professed “Furniture Geek” he takes pride in his furniture product knowledge, but more importantly on how he can help you achieve your company vision. In his career Jesse has worked along side many notable clients including the U of A, Oilers Entertainment Group, SaskTel and SGI to name a few, helping them see the benefits of a properly aligned work space to the company organizational culture.

Todays topic is ever evolving, “Distributed Work Strategies”, but it follows along some trends in the workplace we have seen dramatic shifts in and how companies can keep these shifts in the forefront as they plan the future forward.

Additionally, Lonnie's entrepreneurial spirit shines through in the co-founding of Variable Hub, a groundbreaking governance and compliance platform facilitating seamless centralized data management, verification, and reporting for organizations. 

As a third-generation elevator man, Lonnie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his endeavors. However, it's his unique flair for embracing life's awkward moments that truly sets him apart. Lonnie seeks to embrace what could be discomfort into cherished memories.

All Members are invited to get involved with the no charge, informal Trade Show.  For details, contact events@bomasask.ca.  There will be breaks between the speakers for the attendees to visit all booths to fill out their Passports for a draw prize.  All booth reps will be given a few minutes to talk about their company during the event.
