Richard Jankowski
Richard Jankowski is the former Managing Director I Saskatchewan Brokerage for Colliers where his focus was placed on creating and executing growth strategies through business development and service excellence. He led Colliers’ brokerage and debt advisory services provincially while also serving as its point of contact on their multi-service mandate with the province’s Global Transportation Hub. Richard has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and industrial development, real estate brokerage, project management, asset management, and human resource administration. He joined Colliers after prior roles in the commercial real estate, agri-food and energy sectors.
Terri Klyne - Harvard Developments
Terri began her real estate career in 1997 and after a brief career in residential sales, switched focus to property management, holding positions in administration and management, before joining Harvard Developments in 2012 as Retail Shopping Centre Manager. Since joining the company, Terri has expanded her career and is now the Sr. Director of Property Management for Saskatchewan and Manitoba and is responsible for the overall deliver of the property management mandate in both provinces, which encompasses a large mixed portfolio of office and retail developments in both large and small urban centres. In addition, Terri leads a diverse team of real estate professionals responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of the assets. Terri holds a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMI, a Certified Shopping Centre Manager designation from ICSC and acts as the Broker for Harvard Developments.
Ryan Babey - Colliers
Ryan Babey began working with Colliers Regina in January of 2005. He specializes in the Retail asset class, providing clients with over 19 years of experience in brokerage. In 2010 Ryan obtained his CCIM designation and is an active member in good standing with the organization. CCIM is a designation that demonstrates extensive and proven knowledge in financial, market, user and investment analysis. Ryan currently operates the Regina Brokerage, which is the largest commercial brokerage team in the market, as the Managing Director of Regina, which is a leadership role within brokerage in the broader Canadian organization. Ryan serves on a number of community organizations, boards and volunteers for local events. He believes in building stronger communities with hard work and strong character in both professional and personal endeavors.
Norm Magnin - Altus Group
Norman started his career in the property assessment and taxation field in 1988 after graduating from Lakeland College. He worked with the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) for over 10 years climbing the corporate ladder up to being a Coordinator of Assessment in their head-office. He entered the private sector and was a tax agent for a few years, before joining the Provincial Government as the Director of Property Assessment and Taxation. Most of the legislation currently in place for assessment and property taxation was penned by him. After close to 20 years with the government, he joined the Altus Group to resume being a tax agent. He is the only person in the province who has worked in these different areas of the profession. He now uses his over 35 years of experience to help clients understand their property assessments and the tax policy being applied, and appealing the assessment through the court system when necessary. With his credentials he continues in his efforts to make his chosen field fair and equitable for all citizens of the province.
